Leonie Stewart is available to speak and will do a FREE 1-hour presentation on MORE than MINDFULNESS.
I want to purposefully introduce students, teacher and parents to a total program that will build resilience and enhance wellbeing in the whole community.
The MORE than MINDFULNESS program is designed to give students, teachers and parents lots of ways to soothe themselves in times of trouble. It is designed to teach practical and powerful ways for students (and teachers and parents) to pause, listen, reflect, focus, be kind and mindful, value based, intentional and grateful.
The FREE 1-hour presentation will give you a taste of what is in the full program so you can decide if you would like to embark on a deliberate program to build resilience and well being. The skills taught can be used daily or weekly and with practice will become life skills that will be able to be used when you are both upset or worried and also when you are happy and joyful.
A 3-hour workshop (paid) will leave you with real methods to help you soothe yourself (link to FREE page)
